My order is a gift which needs to be posted to a friend- can I do this?
Yes! Just enter your friend’s address as the delivery address when you check out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Paypal from customers worldwide. For customers with a Malaysian bank account, we also accept online fund transfers via iPay88.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates can be easily calculated in the “Cart / Check Out” page before making payment. Once you’ve chosen all your items and added them to your cart, just select your state or country and click on CALCULATE SHIPPING to know how much it will cost.
Shipping rates depend on the number of items purchased and the shipping destination. For Malaysian customers, all our items are shipped using standard post or Pos Laju. For 10 sets or less, standard shipping is only RM6 to anywhere in Malaysia. For orders of more than 10 sets, shipping costs are calculated based on your state and the number of sets purchased.
International shipping rates start from as low as USD3.00 for orders of up to 3 items. We try our best to keep shipping rates low and offer 2 shipping options to our international customers. However, we recommend selecting the shipping option with the tracking service so you can keep track of your package.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing time for orders is between 2 to 5 working days. Delivery time within Malaysia should take 10-14 days via standard shipping and 2 to 3 working days via Pos Laju. International deliveries will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the location and the time of year. Deliveries may take longer during peak and holiday seasons.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?
You can cancel or make changes to your order within 3 hours of your purchase. To do so, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days and return the item to us in its original condition and packaging. Once the damaged item(s) have been received and approved, we will gladly exchange the item(s) or give you a refund. Please read our return policy for more details.

Do you offer customized sets?
YES! We offer customised bridesmaids/bridal sets and we can also put together colours of your choice for orders of 5 sets or more (subject to availability). Please email us at email@example.com for more info.
